My Filofax Original (Standard Green)

This is the new Filofax model called "the Original", which was released to the market by Filofax UK on Apr. 30 2013.  Filo fellows from Instagram might have already known that I am a big fan of "forest green". So of course, I cannot resist to purchase this Original Green filo at all. The moment it was available on the UK web, the crazy person like me expected that the whole world would rush into this standard green like me. So... I ordered this one immediately. ><"

This baby is surprisingly softer than I thought.  It lies flat right out of the box and is softer than I expected. I believe it is because the planner's cover is made of one piece thick cow leather. It reminded me of my Cambridge Satchel. Lets see some photos.

The idea of the Origianl model is to bring back the original beauty of Filofax.

 

Color contrast is just like my favorate Eames Rocking Chairs. 

 

Adding a little green makes my collection in some sort of balance feeling.
